I am an assistant professor and chair of higher education leadership at National Louis University. I have a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development. My focus is Higher Education, and my research interests include faculty development, high-impact practices, change and leadership in higher education, equity and access in learning spaces, civic engagement, teaching and learning practices, student and faculty mentorship, student success, and equity and inclusion in higher education.
