I am an assistant professor and chair of higher education leadership at National Louis University. I have a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development. My focus is Higher Education, and my research interests include civic engagement, faculty development, student and faculty mentorship, learning spaces, student success, and equity and inclusion in higher education.
