I am an assistant professor of higher education administration at the University of Southern Mississippi. I have a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development in Higher Education. I am an active researcher and evaluator. My work focuses on faculty/educational development, high-impact practices, change and leadership in higher education, teaching and learning practices, student and faculty mentorship, student success, and equity and inclusion in higher education.
