This research examines the high impact practice of learning communities in the context of a Higher Education Leadership doctorate program. It examines the program cohort model and learning communities for dissertation writing and collaborative coursework.
Balance in the Academy This research examines the experiences of faculty members who are also parents or caregivers, particularly institutional and colleague support, perceptions of support, and work-life balance.
Relational Infrastructure in Graduate and Doctoral Mentoring. I am currently working on some theoretical work examining how relational infrastructure impacts advanced students in varied contexts.
Strategic Practice. This work examines the response of faculty and Student Affairs Administrators to changes in federal, state, and institutional policy changes related to DEI and Educational Justice.
